We take great care in ensuring the quality of our products, but due to the nature of some of our items, we have the following policies:

Refunds

• Refunds are not available for customized or made-to-order products.
• If the product you receive is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a refund or replacement within 4 days of receiving the product.

Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
